The medium is perfect. I did not want the top zipper so I did not order the accessories. I was pleasantly surprised to see the double strap that tucks inside the purse in the event I need to go hands free. Love that it falls just below the chest. I just received my personalised bag (more like an overnight bag) and it's beautiful. This is my second bag. Colours are gorgeous as is the text - very cute! Because of it's size could I suggest that little feet be put on the base (similar to what is on the handle). I love my new bag! I was a bit unsure about ordering from a website that I hadn't ordered from before, but the bag is beautiful! I didn't really look properly at the measurements and got the large one, it is so big. I am going to use it for my work bag, and buy another one for my every day handbag, I think a medium this time. The material inside is soft and beautiful, and the quality is high. I wish the zip did up all the way along, instead of leaving space at either end, but that is a personal choice rather than a negative about the bag. I am looking at the wallets too, they look great.
