AAlice BakerThe Dental Hygienist Took a Picture
I get compliments on this purse ALL THE TIME. On a recent visit to the dentist, the hygienist asked me if she could take a picture of it.See all reviews
It's the right size and shape -- not too big and not too small -- and it stays upright when I put it down. - PPatricia Van Horn
Beauriful Bag

Unique styling
I love this product. Although the wait time for delivery can be long, it is well worth the wait. I am anxious to give this to our local public librarian for Christmas. Thank you for a unique, beautiful product. -

I just got my new tote bag this morning and it's the perfect size for a quick trip to the market. With a place for my wallet and keys, it beats using the tote bags I've been using. This is the 4th piece in my dragon collection. I love them all.See this design - JJoAnnWinkleman
My novels on a shelf!
Is there anything quite so satisfying as something turning out exactly as imagined?!? I am one happy author … my new purse displays my novels ‘shelf-style’ with an ink well and quill pen! Thank you for bringing a wildly active imagination so much joy!!
The quality lives up to expectations… and a free wallet to boot! -
SSara HollyWe love our bags!
My mom bought herself and I a bag and we got the free wallet deal. We love them and they came out amazing! Also the customer service team are amazing. My bag's delivery was very late. I wasn't getting many updates and the ones I did get were vague. I contacted the service team and not only did they find my bag but requested it to be expedited to be delivered. I received it today less than a week after contacting the team.See all reviews - DDebra

KKari WeberI love these bags!!!! Just ordered my 4th because I had to have a round one. I get so many compliments on them.See all reviews
The medium bag is great for larger books like I’m reading now, but I have been able to get most other sizes of books into the smaller bag and still have room for wallet and phone.
My daughter uses the medium bag as her “briefcase” and gets loads of compliments.
I’m impatiently waiting for the small bookshelf bag and the round quote bag. 🤗🥰 - LLaura Lautaret
I absolutely love my new handbag
I absolutely love my new handbag! I chose the dark forest green bag with the owl and the saying, “I not only read books, I write them,” personalized with my name. The color is beautiful, the leather feels wonderful, and the small size turned out to be exactly what I needed. It fits everything I normally carry without being too large, and I especially love having the crossbody strap.
What really made this purchase special, though, was the customer service and their willingness to work with me on accessibility. I’m blind and use a screen reader, and when I first visited the website, some of the product images didn’t have enough descriptive alt text for me to know things like the color of a bag or exactly what was pictured on it. I reached out with some questions and accessibility suggestions, and Rosalie from Customer Care was wonderful. She listened to my feedback, communicated with me several times, answered my questions about the colors and sizes, and helped me figure out which size would work best for what I carry. I never felt like I was bothering anyone or asking too many questions. She genuinely wanted to help, and the company was open to learning how they could make the shopping experience better.
That matters enormously to me. Accessibility means I can shop independently and know what I’m spending my money on, and businesses that are willing to listen and collaborate earn my loyalty. The Note Bags did exactly that.
I did have one small issue when the bag arrived: the hardware attaching the crossbody strap isn’t staying securely connected to the purse and keeps popping loose. I’ve already contacted them about getting a replacement strap, and based on how helpful they’ve been throughout this entire experience, I feel very comfortable giving them the opportunity to make it right.
I love my bag, I love that it reflects both my love of books and writing, and I especially appreciate the people behind the company. Thank you to Rosalie and The Note Bags for listening to a blind customer, taking accessibility seriously, and making me feel genuinely welcome shopping with you. I will happily shop here again. -

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. Bags came with bubble wrap inside to keep their shape and not be flattened out. Bags look great. Much bigger than I thought. Ordered medium thinking purse size. However it is a bag big enough for my laptop so now I use it for work and will order another smaller bag! -
KKathy WieczorekI got the purse and the wallet. I love them. The purse of kind of yellow, but that’s just the lighting it’s the same color as the wallet. 💖💖💖See this design -

What a wonderful surprise
What a wonderful surprise - my bag arrived yesterday. It's perfect. I've been spelling my name for 82 years, ya'll got it right on the first try. The inside pockets are perfect. I really like the strap for keys (at least, I think that's what it is).

Aanthony lettiniJust One More Chapter
I just received my handbag and I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you. It is all I hoped it would be and better. In choosing the size I measured my books both hardcover and paperback. The medium is perfect. I did not want the top zipper so I did not order the accessories. I was pleasantly surprised to see the double strap that tucks inside the purse in the event I need to go hands free. Love that it falls just below the chest. The material of the lining is soft and luxurious. I am so happy I made this purchase and it came a few days sooner than expected.See all reviews - PPeggye
